Why hasn't my report arrived?
Reports are generated once per week (Pro), once per day (Growth), or once per month (Free). If it's your first time connecting, your first report is generated immediately after onboarding.
Check your spam folder — our emails come from reports@cluera.io. Add that address to your contacts to ensure delivery.
Make sure your report email is set correctly in your shop settings. If you've recently changed it, the next report will go to the updated address.
If you've been waiting more than 24 hours after your first login, contact us at hello@cluera.io and we'll investigate.
How do I change my report email?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Report email. Enter the address you'd like reports sent to and save. The change takes effect for the next report send.
Your report email can be different from your Etsy account email — useful if you prefer to receive reports on a work address.
What does Cluera access from my Etsy shop?
Cluera connects via the official Etsy API using OAuth — the same secure standard used by Etsy apps like eRank and Marmalead. We never see your password.
We request read-only access to your shop's public review data only. We do not access your orders, listings, pricing, financials, or buyer details.
You can revoke Cluera's access at any time from your Etsy account under Apps → Manage your apps.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Pro or Growth subscription at any time. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click Cancel subscription.
After cancelling you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that you'll revert to the Free plan.
You won't be charged again after cancellation. No forms, no support emails needed.
How accurate is the competitor intelligence?
Competitor intelligence is based entirely on public review data for the shop you add. We analyse patterns in what buyers write — themes, complaints, compliments — using the same AI model that analyses your own shop.
We can only see what's publicly visible in Etsy reviews. We don't have access to competitor sales data, traffic, or private information.
Analysis is refreshed every 7 days when you visit the Competitor Intel page. The accuracy improves with shops that have more reviews — shops with fewer than 20 reviews will have limited signal.
What happens if my shop has no reviews?
Cluera requires at least one review to generate a meaningful report. If your shop has no reviews yet, your dashboard will show a placeholder until your first review comes in.
Once you receive your first review, your next scheduled report (or a manual regeneration from the dashboard) will include it.
New shops on the Free plan get their first report on the first Monday of the following month. Pro and Growth plans can trigger a regeneration manually at any time.
